The surface continuous long-key inflatable shaft has many advantages:
1. The key strips and airbags are evenly arranged on the surface of the shaft body. Unscrew the two ends of the convex key and press the rubber key strip to remove the airbag easily. The maintenance process is less than ten minutes. The disassembly process does not reduce the flatness and balance of the pneumatic shaft.
2. Since the expansion parts are evenly distributed on the shaft diameter surface, the flatness and balance of the whole shaft are good, and the concentricity is high, which is especially suitable for high-speed operation of the machine;
3. Multiple sets of airbags share the internal intake valve of the air-expansion shaft, so they are not eccentric and ensure high torque characteristics.
4. The key strip is made of rubber and steel sheet. The airbag is installed under the key strip. When the steel is swollen and contracted, the steel sheet acts to protect the airbag. The height of each key strip is consistent and stops at the limit device, so it will not damage the inner wall of the paper tube. Where the torque requirements are particularly high, the key strips must be made of steel, aluminum or hard plastic.
